Full-size ENG cameras are heavier and longer than compact cameras, and their tripod plates must provide secure fore-aft adjustment to balance the rig on the fluid head. The TS-VCT-14 is designed specifically for this application, with a plate length suited to the base dimensions of broadcast ENG camera bodies. The quick release mechanism allows the camera to be removed from the head quickly between setups and re-mounted with a positive click-lock that confirms secure attachment before the camera is released. The plate accepts both 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 camera screws, covering the full range of ENG camera bodies.
